In-Home Sleep Coaching

Personalized support, in real time, where it matters most. At Coast 2 Coast Sleep Training, we believe the most meaningful and lasting sleep changes occur when support happens in the home. Sleep challenges don’t exist in isolation. They are shaped by environment, routine, temperament, and family dynamics. In-home coaching allows us to see the whole picture and respond accordingly. When a coach is physically present, small missteps can be identified immediately. Timing adjustments, environmental tweaks, and parent reassurance happen in real time, not days later via messages or calls. This clarity shortens the learning curve and reduces the emotional toll families often face during sleep training. In-home sleep coaching is a larger upfront investment, but for many families, it is the most cost-effective option over the long run. Instead of weeks or months of trial-and-error, parents receive direct guidance, hands-on support, and the confidence to continue independently after coaching ends. Our approach is gentle, personalized, and sustainable. There is no rigid formula or one-size-fits-all method. We lead with experience, compassion, and respect for each child and family. Best for families who want clear direction, confidence, and lasting results.

Because quality sleep support shouldn’t depend on where you live.

At Coast 2 Coast Sleep Training, we recognize that access to experienced pediatric sleep coaches is not equal across regions. While some areas have multiple providers, many families live in regions where in-home sleep support is limited, inconsistent, or unavailable. That gap is exactly why Coast 2 Coast Sleep Training exists. We provide nationwide in-home pediatric sleep coaching for families seeking hands-on support but without access to a qualified sleep coach in their local area. By traveling to families across the country, we bring experienced, real-time guidance directly into the home—regardless of location. Sleep challenges are deeply personal and often tied to a child’s environment, routine, and family dynamics. Virtual guidance can help, but it doesn’t always capture what’s truly happening. In-home coaching lets us observe sleep as it naturally unfolds, identify subtle issues, and guide parents step by step through the process with clarity and confidence. For families who have struggled to find qualified local support or want a higher level of care than remote options offer, nationwide in-home coaching offers a meaningful solution. It removes the limitations of geography and replaces them with experience, presence, and personalized care. Travel-based coaching is available nationwide and arranged on a case-by-case basis to ensure each family receives the attention and support they deserve.

A guided, self-paced option with support available

Not every family is ready to begin with in-home coaching, and that’s okay. Our sleep training book was created for parents who want clear, thoughtful guidance they can work through at their own pace. The book covers the foundations of healthy sleep, common challenges, and practical strategies based on decades of hands-on experience. It is designed to educate, reassure, and empower parents who want to take the first steps on their own. What makes this option different is that support doesn’t stop with the book. Families using our book have access to additional resources and support options if questions come up or progress stalls. This allows parents to begin independently while knowing help is available if needed. For some families, the book is all they need. For others, it becomes the starting point that leads to coaching later. Both paths are valid, and we’re here to support you either way.

Raising the standard of pediatric sleep support

At Coast 2 Coast Sleep Training, supporting families extends beyond individual homes. We are deeply committed to training and mentoring the next generation of pediatric sleep coaches, raising the standard of care across the industry.
Our sleep coach training programs are designed for doulas, newborn care specialists, nannies, and caregivers who want more than theory. We emphasize real-world application, ethical decision-making, and the confidence to lead families through the sleep training process with compassion and clarity.
Through hands-on instruction, mentorship, and practical tools, we equip students to enter a family’s home prepared, confident, and grounded. Our goal is not to create cookie-cutter coaches but thoughtful professionals who understand both the science of sleep and the emotional weight families carry during this season.
Most of our courses are taught in our home regions. However, we also travel nationwide to provide in-person sleep coach training for groups of ten or more, delivering a comprehensive 16-hour, hands-on training experience tailored to each group's needs. By investing in education and mentorship, we expand access to quality pediatric sleep support while upholding the standards and integrity this work deserves.
“Families deserve skilled, confident support—and that begins with thoughtful, well-trained coaches.”
