Become a Professional Pediatric Sleep Coach

In-home, hands-on sleep coach training for Doulas, NCS's, caregivers, and other postpartum professionals who want to be the best at what they do.

Why Sleep Coaching Matters

Pediatric sleep coaching is intimate, emotional, and high-stakes work. Families invite you into their homes during one of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives. They are exhausted, overwhelmed, and often questioning themselves. They will be counting on you to be the authority.  This responsibility deserves more than just theory.

Sleep rarely falls apart because parents aren’t trying hard enough. It falls apart because parents are alone in the hardest, most vulnerable moments. Without real-time guidance or confident leadership.

At Coast 2 Coast Sleep Training, we believe sleep coaches must be prepared not only with knowledge but with presence, judgment, and the ability to guide families calmly and ethically through change.

This training exists to raise the standard of pediatric sleep support.

Who Is This Training For:

At Coast 2 Coast Sleep Training, we believe in in-home coaching.

This training is designed for professionals who want to work directly with families in their homes and provide meaningful, ethical, and top-notch sleep support. It’s ideal for those who value hands-on, in-person learning, thoughtful leadership, and real-world preparation.

It is taught in-person, over two full days, keeping class numbers small and intimate. Thus allowing your questions to be answered immediately,  participating in demonstrations, and building rapport with the instructors and fellow students.

This program is a strong fit for:

  • Doulas
  • Newborn Care Specialists
  • Nannies and infant caregivers
  • Those looking for a new career

This training may not be the right fit if you are:

  • Looking for a passive, online-only certification.
  • Uncomfortable working in others’ homes.
  • Seeking a scripted, one-size-fits-all method
  • only interested in sleep training, without coaching parents or offering emotional support.

We believe clarity upfront creates better outcomes for everyone
